I love, love my new bathrooms. Communication throughout the renovation was great. Peter showed exceptional observation skills/ knowledge and made approbriate suggestions to improve the overall design and functionality of the bathrooms. My bathroom renovation has just been completed to the highest standards and I couldn’t be happier. My new bathroom is beautiful. Peter and his team were meticulous and completely focused on me as the client. The suppliers Peter recommended were so helpful as well and made the selection of fitting, tiles etc. a pleasure. The work was completed ahead of schedule and in the couple of instances where there had to be changes to the project spec. Peter discussed everything with me fully in advance. I am very pleased to recommend Monument Projects and would certainly use the firm again.

What is a common criticism you hear about builders? They take too long. Three weeks Monument Projects assured me the work would take. They completed it in 2 weeks 2 days. The quality of work in my opinion is 5 star / Diamond class. I have no hesitation in working with them again, nor in recommending them to you. Thanks for everything Peter/Mitch. See you again in 2024 for the next job, external decking area. Cheers

I met Peter from Monument Bathrooms reaching out to him after a builder I engaged to renovate the main bathroom and 2nd bathroom/laundry in my elderly parents' house had let me down. It was with much trepidation that I reached out to anyone after the experience I had just gone through but Peter put myself and my parents at ease. Peter is very professional, punctual, thourough and very knowledgeable - he knows his stuff!! and with his professionalism and expertise reassured us that there is a way out of the mess the previous builder has left is in. He provided suggestions and is very prompt in providing quotes and offering solutions. Why didn't we go with him from the start? It would have saved a lot of stress and worry!! Peter is very quick to respond to enquiries and nothing is too much. He is very patient and above all listens and takes on board concerns and with his experience offers solutions to what seem big problems to us but "easy as" for him. We have no hesitation in recommending him and Monument to anyone as the experience we have had dealing with them has been a very positive one and look forward to continuing relationship together. Keep on doing what you do so well. Peter has re-established our faith in the building profession!!

The company helped us create an amazing design and incorporated all adjustment required.
